absolutely hands down the WORST customer service i have ever recieved. i ordered this hide thats pictured, when i got it in it was a completely different color then what i ordered. i had to argue with them for 3 days for them to get what i was trying to say, they thought i was trying to just say it wasnt as advertised, but its that i was sent the wrong hide completely. so then, they finally refunded me for the hide, and i had to pay for a new one AGAIN. i got it in the mail yesterday, WRONG COLOR AGAIN. i messaged them and told them they messed up again and they are still trying to say its not their fault its mine because its just not as pictured but its not that its not as pictured its literally not the same color i ordered. they also keep asking me to change my review. too bad you guys cant figure your shit out. TERRIBLE.
